Leb's Restaurant was funded in Atlanta, Georgia by Charles Lebedin. The restaurant was a popular eating spot, but became embroiled in the Civil Rights movement when Lebedin refused to integrate. Encouraged by the American Jewish Committee and the Jewish Community Council he later changed his stance and integrated. The restaurant closed in the mid 1960s.
