A. Albert Berger was born in Elloree, South Carolina in 1920. During World War II he served in the Navy as a night fighter pilot with the rank of Ensign. Following the war he attended the University of Georgia and the dental school at Emory University. He practiced dentistry in Atlanta from 1951-1991. The collection consists of two issues of "Naval Aviation News," 1945, a copy of the personal information booklet from the U.S.S. Bon Homme Richard, 1944, newspaper articles and a four page autobiography. Arranged in chronological order
