Congregation Beth Israel (Atlanta, Ga.)
Synagogues

This congregation was founded in 1905 by members of Ahavath Achim Congregation who desired to belong to a congregation that would reflect their Americanized outlook and newly won economic status while retaining the loyalty of their native-born children to Judaism. By 1916 the congregation began to disband.
