David M. Stern is the owner of Kimbrell-Stern a funeral home in Albany, Georgia. The home was originally established as the Albany Undertaking Company. Eric J. Stern and Charles M. Stern were employed by Albany Undertaking and in 1946 along with Walter R. Kimbrell purchased the business changing the name to Kimbrell-Stern. The collection consists of photocopies of newspaper clippings,a fan "give-away," the driver's license for D. E. Stern of Demopolis, Alabama, the confirmation certificate for Charles Marks Stern from B'nai Israel in Albany, Georgia, a receipt for funds sent to Germany , 1914, and a postcard depicting downtown Albany, 1927. Arranged in chronological order.
