Nissim (Nass) Almeleh was born in 1885 on the island of Rhodes. When this interview was taken he was 107 years old. Mr. Almeleh came to Atlanta in 1909 where he married twice and had four children. He was in the shoe repair business and recounts his life in the Atlanta Sephardic community.
