Dr. Schwartz was born in Macon, Georgia in 1894. He attended Boys' High School and received his medical training at the Atlanta College of Physicians and Surgeons. After a two-year internship in Boston, he went on to complete a residency at Chicago's Children's Memorial Hospital. He later moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he practiced medicine for the next 55 years. The collection consists of a photocopy of a biography of Dr. Schwartz, 1990.
