Sherr, Alice Bacharach, 1931-2009

Alice was born in Frankfurt, Germany and survived the Holocaust because she was sent on a kindertransport to Switzerland. The rest of her family went to France, and did not survive. Alice was assisted by the Jewish Educational Loan Fund once she got here.
