Melvin Hehle Nussbaum was born in Bainbridge, Georgia in 1876, the son of Hehle and Lena Ehrlich. Hehle settled in Bainbridge in 1871. Melvin and his brother Max operated numerous businesses in Bainbridge including the Coca-Cola Bottling plant, and the Miller Hydro Co., which they founded. The collection consists of a newspaper article relating to Sigmund Nussbaums beer wholesale business in Bainbridge, Georgia and a history of Temple Beth El of Bainbridge. Arranged in chronological order.
