An event at the Biltmore Hotel. Oscar and Harry Dwoskin are present along with employees and vendors. Three of the photographs show Graham Jackson playing the organ (he was the accordian player at Franklin Delano Roosevelt's funeral). Others include A.J. Weinberg, Elsie and Harry Lane Siegel, Mendel Segal, Clarence Elsas, Roslyn Balser and various Dwoskins (Anne Moss Dowskin, Nathan and Helen Dwoskin and Frieda Dwoskin (married to Oscar).
